Renée graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and after becoming a wife and mother made fitness her career in 2000. In addition to being a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, she is a certified Spinning® Instructor and holds specialty certifications in BOSU® Integrated Balance Training, Resist-A-Ball® C.O.R.E Training, CorePole®, Silver Sneakers®, efi Gravity® and willPower and grace™ "Graceful" instructor. She believes strongly in the powerful benefits of exercise and functional training and demonstrates these beliefs by adhering to a rigorous fitness and functional training regimen for herself.
