Classic Athletic
Club is
dedicated to helping its members and
the local community achieve their New
Year’s fitness goals with the 6th
annual
‘I Lost it
At the Club!’.
Coordinated
by the International Health, Racquet & Sportsclub
Association (IHRSA), ‘I Lost it
At the Club!’ is an 8-week
motivational weight loss program designed
to help current members and people from
the local community keep their New Year’s
resolutions and maintain a healthy and
active lifestyle year-round.
Classic Athletic
Club will
launch ‘I Lost it At the Club!’ every year in January. Participants in
the program will receive activity cards
designed to make every workout different
and fun and periodic newsletters filled
with useful information and exercise
tips.

our members to achieve success in their
individual fitness programs,” said Michael

Athletic Club. “For
many of our members, the start of the
New Year signifies a time of renewal;
for some it’s a time to reinvigorate
their existing fitness regimen, and for
others, it’s a chance to jumpstart
an exercise program.” “Our
goal is to use ‘I Lost
it At the Club!’ as a positive,
high-energy means to help our members
achieve their goals and to build a sense
of camaraderie within our club. We would
also like to welcome members of the community
to join ‘I Lost It at the Club!’”
